    Wow that does sound intense! What state are you interviewing?
    I am graduating in December and looking for a position right
    now in NY and it is very difficult, so i am maybe looking to
    relocate next yr if nothing happens...The second scenario with
    the fighting on the playgroud i would suggest that mediation
    occurs between the two students or if there are more than 2
    students to role play or do a classroom activity based on
    fighting and feelings. hope this helps
