    Re: Help-Graduate School Admissions Essay
    Posted by lacey on 7/03/08

the poster need not be ashamed. she didn't ask anyone to write
him/her essay for him/her. the application process is
intimidating and often the essay is a big factor in the
    decision making process.

i do think instead of stressing about what you SHOULD write
about, you should just be honest. most quality programs have
an interview process and they are going to want to know the
real you both on paper and in person. don't tell them what you
or anyone on a message board thinks they want to hear. the
essay question is pretty straight forward which is to your
atvantage, just simply answer the questions truthfully and let
your passion for helping others shine through!

but if you REALLY want to know what others wrote or what good
examples of weaknesses may be, you could hit the library as
there are books and resource available for admissions essays.

    good luck!
