How stressful and how sad! She definitely has a problem.
It's so difficult to do your best when your efforts are
ignored and your principal finds fault. I sincerely hope you
can find a new placement for your own emotional and physical
health. If not, • Try to stay away from her. • Or, perhaps
be super nice and complimentary. • Take care of yourself. • Be
there for the children and teachers. • Find someone outside of
school who will listen to you.
It will not be easy, but perhaps if enough people complain,
she will be replaced.
A few articles you may find helpful are: • Encouraging
Thoughts • Coping with Stress • Ten Keys to Educator's
Survival
