Thank you, Well, I have tried all those thngs , She only ges
worse and ignores me. AND we are suppose to be a team right? She
does have a power problem the district knows but only talked to
her this year alot.. She is staying. I am an experienced
educator so I am looking in other places.. Alot of staff fel as i
do but are teachers..It is somewhat different as you know..Ellen
