In our school district we, as counselors, are in charge of
the entire process. We start with initiating the permission
to evaluate for a 504. then we send out the invitation to the
meeting. We run the meeting and write the 504 at the meeting.
We make all the copies and send them to the people specified.
Our district has just added 504 to the IEP writier system,
so now we have all new forms, format, and process to learn.
