Teaching Jobs on Teachers.Net

We are having difficulty with a student in kindergarten. The student has a lot of behavioral issues, the most troublesome behavior is physically hurting his classmates. His behavior is unpredictable and it is difficult for the classroom teacher to predict when he will act out in this way. Now, his classmates are afraid of him. As we work to help this student and figure out the best way to educate him and keep his peers safe, we would like to help his classmates process what is happening. I would like to do a series of lessons helping the students feel safe to discuss this, but without ostracizing the one student. Any suggestions?
