Well Steve, it you really want to be extra picky...the OP gave the
magazines back to the mother, who promptly tore them up. I should have
been more specific for you so you would understand that I felt it would be
a mistake to give them back to the child who was reading them. My policy
is always to give contraband back to parents so that they must come in to
get it. That way it is an inconvenience for them. I'll stand by my
statement, but next time will make sure to name every possible scenerio to
accomodate you.
