	Re: End of year Parent survey Posted by Tina/IL on 5/07/08 Here is what I send out- Please circle the number that best describes your answer and indicate any comments or suggestions at the bottom of the page. 1. I found the weekly newsletter helpful to stay informed about upcoming events as well as my child’s daily activities in the classroom. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 2. I read the weekly news letter on a regular basis. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 3. I found behavior reports helpful to stay informed about my child’s behavior at school.
