Some that fit your criteria are: A My Name is Alice, Dr.
Seuss ABC Book, Clifford's ABC Book, I think. These are kinda
long!

I use Dr. Jean's Alphardy daily for my phonics lesson & the
kids love it. We sing it with the book, then stand up & do
actions for the music. It doesn't have the lowercase letter
though, just the uppercase. Then, later when the kids have
learned the actions, I send home a copy for each student.
