    You can choose any font you want to make balloon letters. Here
    are directions for MS Word.

    Choose your font & font size. Comic Sans or Century Gothic
    would be good fonts. You probably want a font size of 100 or
    greater.

    Click "Font" (or CTRL D). On the Font window, look under where
    it says "Effects" & check the box beside "Outline". Click OK.

    Then just type the names.
