    Post: Titanic

    Posted by Meg on 1/05/09

I teach at a small charter school and many of the kids are
interested in going on to naval careers of some sort and
they are very interested in the Titanic disaster. They
are all high school kids, grades 8-12 and everything I
seem to look at online is geared towards elementary kids.
I have them reading two books, SOS Titanic (8th grade) and
my high school kids are reading Walter Lords A Night to
Remember. I just want to make sure I am teaching to their
interests, but its fun and challenging, not too
elementary. Does anyone have any suggestions?
