Post: Is ESL A Shortage Area?

Posted by DD on 3/03/08

I am considering pursuing an MS. Ed with ESL
Certification. I am wondering if this is an area that is
in demand in NYC or the surrounding area. Any info would
be appreciated, as I cannot find much about this on the
    web. TIA.
