Re: Problem student in class

    Because she is the new student in your class, she is
    not familiar with the class. You can show more patience to
    her, letting her know that you have different expectations
    to her. When she chats with others, you can call her to
    answer questions and show your care to her.

    Maybe gradually she may do better in your class since
    you do not label her as a bad student and you show your
    care.
