    Post: New EA this year

    Posted by Jenny on 6/17/08

We just hired a new EA (parapro) for the ESL class I'll be
teaching. I'm new to the position, too. I've heard
wonderful things about her, and she actually worked in
this position for 5 years a while back. She and I will be
working very closely together. I have a chance to get to
know her/meet up with her before the school year
starts...what types of things are important to relay to
her as far as my style goes, what I expect, etc? Do you
all have any tips for working with aides in your classroom?
