I want to thank all of you for your help. Sorry it has taken so
long to get back with you. I have just been hired by the
Washington DC Public Schools to be an ESL co-teacher for a
middle school (74% African-American 26% Hispanic) and would like
to hear your experienced description of the job such as
responsibilities, cooperating with mainstream teachers, tips,
suggestions, strategies, etc. As mentioned earlier, most of my
experience has been with young adults 16 to 25. I want to do a
great job and I am conscientous in my approach and preparation.
I welcome all positive, constructive input.
Thanks, Jack
