In my district ELD teachers are hired on a temporary basis.
I worked as an ELD teacher (more than 0.5) in this district
for over 5 years. A few days ago I was told that one of the
tenure teachers wants to go full time and they gave her my
job! So I was laid off. Does anybody have any suggestions?
