I took the test more than 5.5 years ago, when I was just
starting out teaching ESL. I scored an 820.

I have the same possible range as you listed on the score
report.

My report states that the average performance is from 620-
750. Maybe your state just set the pass rate at the lowest
average score.

I also took the social studies and 7-12 and those have
totally different possible ranges... (100-200)
