I can't believe someone told you it was a waste of time! The
18 hours I took for my ESL were so interesting to me, and I
truely think all the strategies for ESL kids benefit ALL
kids. I will tell you though, in my district, I'm am a
traveling teacher. I cover 3 or 4 buildings every year. I
travel between them every day, like the post office (rain or
shine, sleet or snow...:-) So I don't know what you mean for
sure wtih the traveling you are doing for your district.
William Penn University in Iowa offers scholarships for ESL
endorsements...all 18 hours FREE if you qualify!!
