    Re: Teachers Falsely Accused
    Posted by DTA on 5/02/09

    YES! YES! YES!

We are out there. I am in the midst of a lawsuit right now.

I am an educator who works in a state run Correctional Facility.

For years, I have been forced to tolerate a small posse of rogue employees
who have talked openly in the presence of inmates and made false
speculations about my sexual orientation. . .just to cause discipline
problems and create a professional catastrophe for no other reason than to
    be plain nasty.m

It's a vicious, ugly game--for which there is little shelter for defense for
    the accused.

Because of the upcoming suite (which is going in my favor) I'm hesitant to
list my name and place of employment on the Internet.

However, you are welcome to e-mail me privately.
