It turns out that ETS had no record of the fact that she had taken the PRAXIS. As a result, when it came time for me to take the PRAXIS, I asked for the proctors' names simply so I had some proof that I had taken the test if the same thing should happen to me. When I asked the proctors for their names, they became very dodgy and reluctant to divulge that information. Getting their names was like pulling teeth. I felt that this was unprofessional conduct on their part, and when I reported their behaviour to ETS, I received a letter a month later telling me it was too late to retract my test results (I mentioned NOTHING about getting a refund or having my exam results scrapped). It raised the question as to whether management at ETS even bothered to read my complaint. At any rate, it is clear in my mind this is how ETS operate.
