Re: student loan forgiveness
Posted by GA Teacher on 1/01/08

I have been frustrated also and have tried to find information on how
to receive the student loan forgiveness when I found your comments. It
is rediculous that we are unable to receive the student forgiveness
loan because we attended and obtained loans before October 1, 1998. I,
too, received loans beginning in Winter of '96 until I graduated in
2001. How can we get this unfair law changed? Your posts have helped
me to realize that I'm not the only frustrated teacher. Thanks for
    allowing me to vent.
