    I agree. I have student loans from 1994 and just my luck four
    years later they want to forgive loans for teachers. I guess
    teaching prior to 1998 doesn't matter. They claim the loan
    forgiveness is in response to anticipated teacher shortages.
    However, since I began teaching in 1994 it was suppose to be a
    teacher shortage. As ususal teachers get screwed.
