So, I have a class of 25 students and have about 6-8 real discipline issues. I have tried re-seating, parent conferences and talking with them to no-avail. I need a plan with teeth and I am reaching out for help for plans, suggestion and anything else my fellow 4th grade teachers can offer. Thanks in advanced from a stressed out newbie elementary school teacher.
