We don't teach much French in this state--since it's
bordering Mexico almost all students take Spanish. Many
schools do not offer French at all.
We have NO money for a project like this in this state--
thousands of teachers just lost their jobs.
I'd suggest looking at a wealthy state near Canada (where
French is spoken)--such as Connecticut-- to do a program like
this.
