Hi, I'm a beginning teacher and I've been trawling through
the internet for the last few hours looking for French
films that would appeal to thirteen year old boys, but
haven't found any yet. A lot of people recommend 'la gloire
de mon père' and 'les choristes', but i'm sceptical as to
how well the lack of action would go down and whether the
subtle humour would be understood.
Of course, with that age group there are pretty rigourous
restrictions regarding language, sex, etc., so that
definitely rules out 'Amelie' and many other films too.
I was just wondering if any one had some ideas?
Many thanks
