This is also my first year using DF Bleu and Blanc. We are
starting Lecon 11 on Friday. One thing I remember the textbook
teacher telling us was to only quiz on the first 2, max 3 lessons
of each unite. That saves time and grading time. E.g. in unite
3, only give a lecon quiz on 5, 6 and maybe 7. Then go right to
the unit test. I agree a little with Mlle Robertson; however,
I've also noticed this series does a TON of recyling of
vocabulary and grammar in level I and in level II in blanc.
The textbook teacher (former French teacher) suggested with at
minimum finish unit 6 in the year to cover all IRs and RE verbs.
If you don't cover this, it will make starting Blanc in level II
a pain of having to supplement all the rappel materials.
