Are you expected to translate all of your teaching materials into English so he can examine them? It seems completely unreasonable to me but I was told the department head needs to know what is being taught and how it is being taught in my classroom. At my previous school the department head didn't speak French but did not have this requirement. Mme Sans Merci That is crazy. I have never been asked to do that. It is unreasonable, IMHO.
