I am going to make a serious effort to lose weight.
I am going to make a serious effort to get my diabeties
under better control.
I am going to clean this house, top to bottom, weeding out
and throwing away, between now and next Christmas.
I am going to try to drink more water during the day.
I will try hard to go to the pool twice a week, and to walk
my nephew's dog twice a week...not at the same time, tho.
I will try to stay away from the people and situations that
are toxic to me.
I will try to remember that it's okay to be 'all about me'
for awhile.
