We both had check ups yesterday and I was feeling great before the appt...not so good after flu and pneumonia shots...

But all went well and no extra things recommended this time ! hurray !

nor I was delaying getting the flu shot as I read older people should hold off until November. I see you know who is back in the chatroom. Thought she was banned some time ago. take care

Novel Have heard of several people suffering after their inoculations this year. Wonder if that means they are really working. Had flu shot for first time ever this year and was fine apart from what feels like bruising in upper arm, but Mum was in bed for two days after hers. Glad you and C pretty steady and not having to take any extra mess or anything....See More
