Hello

I got a job teaching home ec in a middle school. I need to
update the curriculm on household safety, fire, cooking,
etc. Can anyone direct me in the right dircetion for
ideas/lesson plans/websites. I am looking for any great
ideas on Home Ec material.....Also where would Home Ec
fall on this website...here?
