If your school and its community really cared about kids learning health ed,
would they put 37 kids in one room? No. So they don't care - first understand
that. Then why should the kids care if their community and its school don't?

But you care and that's great. I'd say forget real lessons. You can't talk over 37
kids much less teach. Even if they're quiet, they're learning nothing. Show films
    - there are interesting films out there. Do you have a laptop connected to a
video projector in the ceiling? I hope so.
Show them red blood cells magnified - there are some great web sites.
Or shorten your lessons - it will always take a while to get 37 kids in a small
room to stop talking. The only way would be to give them something
compelling to watch as does a film or a theater performance- those keep large
    numbers of people quiet.
    Good luck to you.
