    I am sorry to say that we have Navy ROTC at my high
    school. The commander is a smart aleck. Most of the NJROTC
    students are rude and argumentative. They are sloppy of
    dress. They have gotten into some big problems on out of
    town trips. It is not a positive program at my school.
