Re: Im a student with a problem...fighting?

I want to add that I can't really tell you what I want to because
of liability issues. A lot of people on this board are going to
be afraid to give you any advice because if you follow their
advice and then something bad happens to you, they could be held
liable. So if I tell you to fight him and then you get hurt,
then maybe I could be sued by your parents. Or if I tell you to
walk up behind him and sucker punch him, you could kill him and
then you could go to jail the rest of your life and I could be
sued. Or if I tell you to just ignore him or tell him that you
do not want to fight him, then he could jump you anyway and you
could get hurt and I could be sued. We live in a sue happy
culture. Everyone is going to be afraid to give you an opinion.
If we were in private then I would give you my opinion on this
but I really can't. It isn't because I don't care about what
happens to you, but rather because I care about what happens to
me. I am sorry. I really hope that you have a smart adult you
can talk to in person about this so you can get some good
advice.
