Brenda and Michelle,

There is a nice little company at
www.retirementpartysupplies.com that provides information about
writing retirement speeches and poems. Or, for those of us that
are pressed for time, the company sells poems. I bought the
Teacher Retirement Poem on parchment and it was very sincere and
heartwarming.
