Webroot is a great Anti-virus software. I had issues awhile
back. The virus locked up my computer. I had to goto Best Buy
due to this. It cost me over $100 to get it fixed. They used
webroot. I bought the software for $50. No problems since. It
helps to use a firewall setting, which windows usually has
for free. Make sure all the settings in your virus software
are correct. Schedule regular scans. Scan all emails and
attacments. Never open mail from "unknown", unless you scan
it.
