    When you do return back to school,chances are you are going
    to need a few days off if the baby -or you-get sick. I don't
    think there is any district that will pay you for time off,
    unless you use your sick/vacation days. I received full
    benefits and my same job. I took an exact 1/2 year to make
    it easier for when I retired...had 2 babies, so I am - 1 year.
