Re: teaming but how to maintain individuality
Posted by Embarrassed and Frustrated!! on 5/09/08

OHHHHH, how I understand. It's really frustrating..... I
have an adminstrator who then says I'm not being the team
player..... I stay to all hours of the night.... and they
walk out with the children. It's really hard to carry the
grade on your back.... I've decided that I can only worry
about what happens within my own four walls and I've even
started locking up my file cabinets and lesson plans. (I've
actually seen copies of my lesson plans in her room!) I'm
embarrassed to say that I've resorted to this, I just don't
know what else to do??????? I can't teach her class for her...
We have the same education, just not the same dedication and
    love for the children/job.
