Re: teaming but how to maintain individuality

I've had a similar situation with my shared contract teacher. Talk
about frustrating: we split up what each of us would teach
throughout the year and then she doesn't do her part. Two years
in a row we've gotten to spring and I realize that our kids just
aren't prepared to go on (because of the part she didn't do) so I
work double-time to catch them up. So I've become the "academic"
one (the mom who is always nagging them to pick up their socks)
and she's the fun one who plays games and takes them outside (daddy
fun guy). It's been really frustrating, despite a long
conversation about it last summer.
Next year I'm teaching full-time, and I think it will be easier
