Please don't stereotype us oldies. I am the one who stays late at
school, reads, comes here to the chatboard for ideas and stays on
top of what's new and latest ideas in education. Our young ones
are the ones who leave when the kids walk out and use the same
plans they used their first year...which were mine that I shared
with them that year. I change my plans every year as I grow and
learn. It is kind of funny to see them still using my old plans
from 4-5 yrs. ago. We have all new state objectives/standards
since then, but they still stick to my old plans.
