I am about to go on the most important job interview of my life...my dream job. I have been in the classroom for 12 years and have not thought about my philosophy of education. I just don't think about these type things on a daily basis. What would a philosophy look/sound like? What are your ideas on it? I am trying to spark the words in my mind so when I go to this interview I don't have that "duh" look on my face if or when they ask that question.
