    Hi,
If you already know what your room setup is. Right down, what
centers you want.. where you want your tables. Where are
plugs? Do computers need to go in a certain spot. Do you have
your reading table? I would kinda sketch out your ideas on
paper. Could block area be housed near your rug area in a
large tub? Near my reading table.. on one side is writing and
the other side is library. So I know there are two quiet
centers while I pull groups. My blocks is in the front of the
room compared to housekeeping which is in the back. It just
worked out that way with placing of furniture. I also was
able to get rid of my desk and make way for a long table. I
have a small area for ABC activities. Another to house math
manipulatives. As for housekeeping, blocks, and dollhouse.
They are only allowed at the beginning of the year and 20
minutes on friday. My centers also flow around the outside
of the classroom so the kids know how to switch when they
need too. Good luck. I know when I moved into my new room
two years ago. Everything had to have just the right place.
