Post: students disrupting instructional time

I have a kindergartener who is very disruptive during
instructional time. I have referred him 4 a eval.
In the meantime I received a suggestion to let him have a
computer break in the class bc he'll be quiet and won't
disrupt the lesson. I'm not sure how to do that without
having the other students be distracted or jealous that he's
on the computer and they are not but would prefer 2 be
