I'm sending out an S.O.S. Please help me! I'm drowning. I'm
the new kid on the block and up for tenure. All of a
sudden, my world has been turned upside down. Everybody in
the whole school is "helping" me. This helping is making my
fourth graders crazy because everybody keeps on
interrupting us in the hall and inside the class. We have a
large class as it is (30+ students). Recently, the
administration counseled me. They acknowledge that I have a
large class and difficult children. They wrote a letter to
my file documenting all my problems and how they want to
help me. They want me to sign the letter. Would you be able
to please help me?? Any suggestions and advice will be
greatly appreciated. Thanks.
