What if you're willing to teach inner city? Like Philadelphia? I
agree the 'math and science shortage' is hype but it's said there
are jobs in Philadelphia District but the schools there can get
rough.
And do you keep an eye on Craig's List? There are often teaching
jobs advertised there with the charter schools. The Philadelphia
Inquirer lists a job fair with Charleston SC district coming
north looking for math/science teachers.
