    I agree. While librarians rarely have control over the program, I
    did have control over whether I stepped forward to take over the
    program after the person administering it retired. I did not. I
    already have a full-time job and had no desire to have a
    more-than-full-time job.

    I am at the middle school level and I find it not particularly
    helpful. I did like it when I taught elementary school.
