    Most of my teachers have students pick books that are only in
    their AR levels. I have no problem with this, as then
    students are picking books that they can actually read.

    I figure that the teachers know their students best and know
    what types of books that are good for their students. But,
    it seems that most of my teachers have the students check one
    AR book and one book (or more) of their choice. I think this
    is a good alternative.
