Mansfield University of Pennsylvania has a very thorough online
course with an excellent reputation see

You would earn a Masters degree if you complete all the
coursework. It is all very necessary information to be a good
LMS. If you take the Praxis test you would be certified, but it
may not qualify you for a position if you are competing with
others who have this degree.
