    I would find out about any previously challenged materials.
    You can learn alot about your school community by finding out
    if materials have been challenged in the past.

    I would also ask to be introduced to those teachers that have
    good working relationships with the Media Center. It is
    always helpful to know which teachers want to utilize the
    resources.
