Do you have the freedom to order the books you want for your shelves, or do you have to run the list by anyone (principal, another librarian)?
Bitsy Griffin My principal approves my purchases, but she has never questioned or declined any of them.

Happy Librarian I have a really limited budget of $3 per full-time student for the year, plus whatever I can generate on my own with Scholastic Book Fair, grants, etc. Pretty much it's entirely up to me what I order, I have a great principal.
