In all my experiences as sub and long term sub, I have never
taught all subjects including specials as was done many
years ago. I'm sure by "all" is meant Reading, Writing,
Math, Science, Social Studies, perhaps Vocab, Spelling,
Handwriting, Six Pillars of Character, whatever your
district curriculum is. See if the district has posted the
curriculum online. Take a deep breath, look here for a list
of procedures appropriate for your grade level, think of
class jobs, positive fun ways to manage your class - there
are many to choose from (if a procedure doesn't work, switch
to something else), try to find out which units the district
expects you to teach first (for example, Animal homes and
needs unit to be tested by Dec 3) or The Day Sky - Winter,
Plants & Soils - Spring. If colleagues aren't teaming up to
help you as a new teacher, do your best to teach to the
state standards or district standards that should be aligned
w/ state standards. Try to find grade colleagues to see
what they are doing! Most of all, CONGRATULATIONS on your
    first position! Best of luck!!
